Floor cassettes are designed and manufactured in our dedicated Floor/Roof cassette plant, which has the capacity to manufacture floors and roofs up to and over 11m long.
This plant specialises in the manufacture of ‘I-Beam’ floor & roof cassettes as well as factory fabricated fully insulated ground floors.
Our cassettes are designed and manufactured in sections with pre-fitted lifting straps for ease of erection by crane on site. All decks conform to Part E building regulations.
We also specialise in complete pre-cut loose joist packs to the Timber Frame and Masonry market. The Joist packs include detailed layouts, are cut and packaged by plot and are supplied with all metal work and ancillary items.
